RULES

DFW Hunting & Outdoor Events requires a 50% deposit to reserve your hunt, service or purchase depending on the package you purchase. We apologize for our deposit program but due to the inability of some prior customers not contacting DFW when there was a delayed or canceled event, we had to implement this payment policy. Deposit payments can be paid by cash, cashiers check and for an added 5% you can use a credit or debit card but the balance must be paid in cash or cashiers check. Those that want to pay cash for deposit can bring the cash to our office or if you don’t have a card then you can purchase a card at WalMart or other outlets, activate it and call us with information.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards

To prevent identity theft we DO NOT ask you to put your card information on the computer but you can if you prefer. You can also call DFW Hunting & Outdoor Events at 817-925-8305 and we will take your debit or credit card payment by phone. Once your card has been approved you will receive a receipt via text or email and your card information will be destroyed or specify if you prefer online payment using SQUARE. Make sure you check your booking receipt dates against your itinerary as soon as you reserve your stay to make sure all dates coincide between leasor/hunter and lessee. You must pay the remainder of the total (balance) with CASH prior to your hunt. All additional payments with a credit or debit card after the initial reservation payment will be subject to an additional 5% usage fee.

Deposits & payments are non-refundable &/or non-transferable, unless hunter can be replaced at full price with DFW Hunting & Outdoor Events consent. It is not DFW Hunting & Outdoor Events obligation to replace a lessee if a cancellation takes place. Cancellation can result in credit towards rebooking within one year of the date of the original event date if approved by DFW Hunting & Outdoor Events. IF APPROVED THE EXCUSED CANCELLATION PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED HUNT WILL BE CHARGED A 25% LABOR & CARD FEE BEFORE REIMBURSEMENT OF THE REMAINING 75% OF THE DEPOSIT PAID DOWN FOR THE HUNT SO PLEASE MAKE SURE THE LESSEE CAN HUNT THE DAY YOU REQUEST BECAUSE THAT IS THE DAY WE RESERVE &BLOCK THAT TIME JUST FOR YOU.

NO EXCEPTIONS: ALL DFW Hunting & Outdoor Events hunters and guest MUST have an appointment before entering ANY DFW Hunting & Outdoor Events LLC ranch. This will prevent hunters from unintentionally walking into the line of fire, interrupting others while hunting and keeps unannounced hunters from being charged with FELONY trespassing. Some DFW Hunting & Outdoor Events management properties have some VERY protective owners and if you are not expected then the results could be unpleasant.

If any damages OR clean up fees surpass $50.00 in additional charges the clean up fee will be applied to the credit card on file and written documentation will be sent to the person(s) of record. If damages are determined to be caused by willful misconduct, the proper authorities will be contacted for further action if needed and ALL expenses including court cost and lawyer fees will be the liability of the person that initially booked the event. ALL ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE MUST BE REPORTED TO DFW HUNTING OFFICE BEFORE THE LEASEES DEPARTURE FROM THE LAND TO QUALIFY FOR PROTECTION. The initial lease fee DOES NOT cover additional clean up, garbage left behind (including casings, hulls, targets, bottles, etc. in or outside blinds) or failure to comply with the check out instructions.

The LESSEES hereby agrees and acknowledges that they shall NOT be entitled to a refund in the event guest departs before the end of the reservation or in the event they arrive late or does not arrive for the reservation. Lessee further hereby agrees and acknowledges that there will be no refund nor relocation in the event they are disappointed with the outcome of their event. Furthermore, lessee shall not be entitled to a refund in the event the lessee is required to vacate the property due to a violation of local, state or federal law or the policies of DFW Hunting & Outdoor Events. The lessee shall be solely responsible for any property damage, accident or injury to any person or loss sustained by any person, including loss of money, jewelry, guns, ammo and other items of personal property, arising out of or in any way related to the use of theproperty. Lessee shall inspect and be familiar with proper use and application of such items prior to using them. The lessee hereby agrees to indemnify and hold DFW Hunting & Outdoor Events and/or the owner of the property harmless from any and all claims including those of third parties, arising out of or in any way related to their use of the property or the items of personal property provided therein.

NO lessee can lease, sublet or substitute their access to the properties without DFW Huntings written permission. Anyone that does could be removed without refund and not allowed to hunt with DFW Hunting in the future.

Hunters are allowed one youth (under 12) guest per hunt but they must have a release form and proof of relationship to the lessee.

Catch and release fisherman caught with fish in possession can be fined $250 plus $50 per fish.

These rules have been implemented to ensure equal treatment and rights for ALL lessees and guests of DFW Hunting & Outdoor Events to create a quality atmosphere and to foster a general atmosphere of respect for the guests, members and landowners. All members and guest will be expected to follow these rules at all times and report any infractions to the DFW Hunting & Outdoor Events staff as soon as possible.

Failure to adhere to these rules are grounds for a fine and or immediate termination of hunt & / or membership and removal from the ranch with no refund of fees.

If the person or persons doesn't leave voluntarily then TPWD Game Warden & / or the County Sheriffs Department will be contacted immediately.

DFW Hunting & Outdoor Events is a ZERO tolerance operation and expects all guests to use common sense and to treat the lease like it was their own property.

Release of Liability & Acknowledgment & Acceptance

DFW Hunting & Outdoors is a management group that manages properties for land owners in North Texas. By signing this agreement, the hunter is saying, that I do hereby acknowledge that I have knowingly and willingly entered an Agreement, or become a party bound by the terms and conditions of an Agreement by and between the undersigned,et al. (hunter, hereinafter the Lessee, whether one or more) and DFW Hunting a division of Moore Agribusiness LLC , et al. (hereinafter the Lessor, whether one or more) dated below I further acknowledge and understand that no warranty, either express or implied, is made by the Lessor as to the condition of the hunting leases in Parker or Wise Counties in Texas, or any roads, buildings, gates or other improvements located thereon. This document serves to warn me that dangerous conditions, risks and hazards do exist. My presence and activities on the leased premises expose both me and my property to dangerous conditions, risks and hazards, including but not limited to snakes, insects, blinds and stands, whether or not erected by Lessor; erosion and general condition of the land, both on and off roadways, creating rough, hazardous and dangerous driving and walking conditions; animals that may be diseased and/or potentially dangerous; deep water; persons with firearms both on or off the leased premises; and the use of any vehicle.In consideration for the right to enter the leased premises, I hereby release and agree to protect, indemnify and hold harmless the Lessor and his or her respective heirs, agents, employees and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action and damages, including attorneys’ fees, resulting from any accident, incident or occurrence arising out of, incidental to or in any way resulting from the use of the leased premises and all improvements thereon, whether or not caused by the Lessor’s negligence or gross negligence. This release applies during the time that I am permitted on the leased premises. As used in this release, I include minors in my care while on the leased premises. I hereby further covenant and agree that I, my heirs, successors and assigns will not make any claim or institute any suit or action at law or in equity against the Lessor or his or her respective heirs, agents, representatives, employees, successors or assigns by reason of conditions of the leased premises or activities occurring thereon. The undersigned further agrees to indemnify and hold the released party harmless from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, causes of action and expenses including any court costs and attorney fees arising from the undersigned’s use of the property. The undersigned has read and understands the payment and requirement portion of the dfwhunting.com official web site and acknowledges that all equipment in their designated hunting areas are working properly. The undersigned expects no guarantee that animals will be harvested while hunting on said property. If any damages are found including wounded or dead livestock, damaged trees, or items missing during or after Lessees departure then Lessee may encounter additional charges to compensate for these losses and damages. It is understood that the Lessee will be in breech of this agreement in the event that the Lessee fails to follow those rules and terms as set forth in the agreement, attachment or dfwhunting web site... I further agree there will be no tampering with any equipment on the property including feeders, cameras, implements, etc. I understand I will stay within the boundaries of the ranch. I further agree there are no alcoholic beverages prior to or during hunts and no illegal substances at any time. NO OPEN FIRES ARE PERMITTED. As the Lessee, I understand that failing to do so may void this agreement, and the agreement may then be cancelled and hunters removed from the property at the sole discretion of the Lessor. In that unlikely event, I further agree to forfeit any and all present and future claims to the leased premises in regards to the remaining term of the original agreement. This agreement also prohibits a hunter or their family, friends or acquaintances from taking any action that negatively impacts DFW Hunting’s business including standard and social media. In that unlikely event, I further agree to reimburse dfwhunting for lost income due to these accusations. I hereby understand and agree to this agreement as set forth. I further agree to abide by all state game laws as set forth by the Texas Parks & Wildlife Department. In addition to state game laws, Lessee agrees to abide by all local, state, and federal laws while on the premises.

DFW Hunting reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions, rules, prices and locations at any time by posting the amendment on the DFW Hunting website. The amendments shall automatically be effective after they are posted.
